In November, Christina was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer and sadly, lost her battle after 8 months. Although she was unable to fulfil her own equestrian dreams, before her passing, Christina expressed her desire to use Windrush to support young eventers.

Set up to provide much needed help and support to young riders from every background to become better and more viable athletes.

Five Years On

After five years of Wesko Equestrian Foundation, Horses for Wellbeing has been established to expand the reach and impact of Christina’s legacy and passion for horses. Those who were close to Christina are aware of how horses helped her heal during challenging times.

Our two new team members, Archie & Lullaby, will be settling in their new home, ready to welcome our children in January.

Promise & Cymbal

Promise & Cymbal have arrived together from Wales and can’t wait to start working with our youth and meeting the rest of the herd.

Our 12-week programmes with local primary and secondary schools will start.
