In our EFL sessions we engage with the horses on the ground, rather than riding. We work with the horse’s sensitivity and receive immediate feedback to help the children focus and control their emotions and behaviour.
Activities include: Connection with the present moment, Fostering responsibility, trust and connection, Encouraging clear boundaries and mutual respect, Promoting mindfulness, Identifying and expressing own emotions, Encouraging self-worth, confidence and communication, Nurturing resilience and emotional reagulation.
